Thanks for the video series! I never really paid that much attention to Quick Parts. After watching your first video, I created a couple of new Quick Parts in Outlook, which has saved me a lot of time in drafting emails. Looking forward to applying to Word as well. You have given me a lot to think about. I also read your article Sharing AutoText and Quick Parts with Others and am looking forward to setting up templates that can be utilized by our entire office!

Thank you for this new Video, and for responding to my specific question. After the first video I started to explore quick parts and created several of them, one kind of complicated. Last week at work my profile on our network got corrupted. Everything I had customized in my word settings, quick access tool bar, menus, macros and quick parts were lost.

I’ve had that happen when IT decides to roll out updates overnight, and that is infuriating! I’m so sorry that happened to you.

    Thank you, Debora.

I was always wondering about options like “Insert content only” and others and nobody could explain me what they meant.
Thank you for your videos and dedication and Best regards from Ukrainian legal secretaries.
