  1. Deb,

In this lesson you talk about different Practice Areas – maybe courses directed toward those specific areas might be more appealing.

Say I were a litigation secretary, I might really be interested in setting up a Pleading, etc. Versus being a Real Estate secretary or Corporate secretary.

They'd all have similar documents like letters and memos that you can list under a general course.

    Just a thought…

Thanks for providing this service – I'm a trainer as well and have suggested your site to everyone I teach.

  2. Hi Deb, In the tutorial where you are showing where to put the file path for templates, you say to put the path in the Save and also under Advanced. When I go to Advanced, the box for File Locations is grey, and therefore I am unable to click on it to add the address. How do I correct thisj.

    1. This tab is greyed out for you in Word Options?

      Word Options Advanced

That would be the first time I’ve heard of that being completely inaccessible. Your Microsoft Office administrator (someone in your IT group) may have that option disabled for some reason as a global setting. Check with your IT support.
